PENGUIN STATEMENT TEE

I'm not a fan of big logos. But, if I'm doing one, firstable, I have to believe in the brand that I'm supporting. And, I have to tell you, Original Penguin is a top value label. This cotton tee in navy with logo in gold - courtesy of Psyche - , made in El Salvador, is a statement piece. An icon of the brand, a timeless garment that could go with everything. Love the smoothness of the fabric and the regular cut. Details that make the piece a modern classic item. To combine it, I went for this retro aesthetic, and I mixed it with natural colours and a touch of burgundy. Leaving the blue only for the t-shirt, to focus the attention to the outfit on this 'must have' basic. Keeping the straight feeling of the tee, I opted for slim simple jeans in beige and regular fit blazer. To updated the vintage theme going on, I rolled the pants and I played with the belt. I think the look is perfect to have a walk around my new neighbourhood in Manchester; Green Quarter.
Grooming note: I styled my hair with American Crew Fiber after doing a brushing.
I was wearing street market sunnies, Jack Reid blazer customized with antique buttons from the UK army, Original Penguin tee, Asos jeans and belt, Mr Hansen loafers, Matties leather portfolio, Rotary watch and Loewe keyring.
