Raro es el día en el que uno de mire en el espejo, es más, es casi improbable.Y aunque no hace falta llegar a obsesiones tipo la madrastra de Blancanieves, personaje que hizo del espejo su mejor amigo/enemigo con su archiconocido “espejito, espejito”, parece que este elemento se ha convertido en el nuevo objeto de deseo e inspiración para los más fashionistas.

Ejemplos de pasarela no han faltado, como vimos en el desfile de Frankie Morello otoño-invierno 2013/2014, en el que además de varias prendas metalizadas, pudimos ver jerséis con trozos de espejo e incluso alguna que otra blazer cuyas solapas estaban adornadas con este material, o en el de Victor & Rolf primavera-verano 2013 de clara inspiración india. Asimismo, han sido varios los diseñadores que han apostado por la tendencia metalizada para esta primavera-verano 2013. Pasarelas aparte, la tendencia ya ha llegado a las tiendas y - aparte del DYE que más de uno habrá pensado hacer, sólo recordaros que copiar en casa en jersey de Morello (foto 1) os puede costar 7 años de mala suerte - está lista para llevar. Os propongo el siguiente shooping con calzado y accesorios, creo que es mucho más fácil adaptar la tendencia a la calle con éstos que con la ropa, lo cual no quiere decir que no guste la idea, simplemente, no es para todos los públicos.
